IT: Welcome to Derry is the latest Stephen King adaptation to hit television, taking audiences once again to the fictional city of Derry, Maine. This time, the year is 1962, and the quaint locale is enduring another era of violence caused by the extra-dimensional being known better as Pennywise the Dancing Clown.

The second episode of IT: Welcome to Derry will hit streaming early (just in time for Halloween) on Friday, Oct. 31, on HBO Max. It will drop on its scheduled day and time, two days later, on Sunday, Nov. 2, at 6 p.m. ET/ 9 p.m. PT on HBO. There are eight episodes in the season, and the finale is scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 14.
