Disney and Pixar's latest release, Elio, is now streaming. Now's your chance to catch this galactic adventure from the comfort of your own couch.

The story follows Elio Solís, an 11-year-old boy who loves outer space. In fact, some may call him obsessed with the idea of visiting other planets and befriending whatever crazy beings live there. Well, guess what? He ends up living his dream.

Elio ends up on a journey to the far reaches of the galaxy and meets an assortment of odd extraterrestrials. It'd be perfect if they didn't mistake him for Earth's leader. Seems they need assistance in the face of a looming threat.

Oh, and there's the other issue of finding a way home. Sounds like the making of a perfect coming-of-age journey, if you ask me.

Disney and Pixar's Elio is now streaming on Disney Plus.

Yonas Kibreab provides the voice for Elio, and Remy Edgerly plays his first alien friend, Glordon. Zoe Saldaña, Brad Garrett, Jameela Jamil, Brendan Hunt and Kate Mulgrew are among the voice talent rounding out the cast.

How to watch Elio on Disney Plus

Elio is now streaming on Disney Plus. It premiered on Wednesday, Sept. 17.

You can get Disney Plus for $10 per month for its ad-supported Basic plan. The (mostly) ad-free Premium plan is $6 more monthly at $16 or $160 annually. Premium gives you the option to download titles for offline viewing.
